Cheap Gothic Soap Opera, Part 61

A cool breeze drifted over Woodsonportownsend, and the lilacs and daisies and squashbacons swayed in the wind. Toni Spumoni was in the middle of a field. The sun was shining. The birds were chirping. The grass was green. The moon was round. The water was wet. Spumoni was spaghetti.

He remembered that he was in a film studio with a bunch of crazy musicians...no...writers....hmmm...no, no, they were television producers. And there was a tentacle of the TITAN ABOMINATION FROM THE DEPTHS OF KTH'RASPL'AAH. And he had left the oven on. And he had better turn it off.

Toni started walking to his apartment. The fields were endless. It was mid day, and the sun was shinning. Then he started thinking: "hey, wait, I'm not in Brooklyn." That thought sort of chattered in his head for several hours. Then he came upon a large house. He walked up to it.

"Hey!" he said, "you're the actor guy from the set! You can help me get home!"
The man he was speaking to was indeed the man who played Barnabas only a few hours ago.
"Dear, oh dear. Father, are you feeling well?"
Spumoni frowned. "Ummm... maybe I'm missing something here..."
