The Twentieth Century, Section 14

Chapter del Diablo! - Camelot 2: This Time It's NIXON-AL! in which America is beset by a series of seemingly random and non-linear occurrences which all manage to be traced back to Nixon.

A high school student studies for the US History AP: So, apparently that Nixon dude was elected, and I guess he was both good and bad (I couldn't really tell, we sort of went over him in class in like 3 minutes). I think he had a majority. And he, like, used that majority to fund the EPA's attempt to purify America's water with Vietnamization, or something like that. But that didn't work, I think, so he sent some plumbers to open up the Watergate and let all the clean water back in. Yeah, that sounds about right. But then he resigned cause he was sweating on TV? In China. Is that right? It must be. Man, this AP is gonna be easy.

Many historians consider his shaking hands with a stoned Elvis to be the highlight of Nixon's presidency.
