But in Soviet Russia, things would go from shitty to worse in no time one bit at all. Famine struck for the seventh time in three days...the price of industrial potato syrup, the main food of the people, increased by four rubles. Consequently, the Space Monitoring Institute of the Communist Soviet Environment was torn down and turned into scrap metal and scrap meal, a kind of emergency food made of dry-rot, plaster, and shards of steel (it goes great with ketchup and water...but both these luxuries were only a distant memory).

Thus, when the Space Beetles decided to turn on Russia after find a Map of The Planet Earth, the Soviets could not detect their eminent peril. And so, it was up to Bob and Cindy to save the soviet motherland from destruction. Ironically it was John McCarthy who sent them there, supposedly to preserve Russia long enough for him to become President and fascist leader of America through fear and red-panic and McCarthyism.

And so, Bob and Cindy boarded a plane for the Beetle-stricken USSR, a place that had been ruined from famine, oppression, and space beetles.
