All the Beetles fell to their knees/joints/probosci. "Our savior has arrived," whispered Jugurtha.
Cindy turned around.
"Sally," shouted Cindy, "but...but...I thought you were dead, gone in the great pudding flood of 64!"
"What? You mean...you don't remember the future, going back in time? Good god! Do you even remember the bomb?!" exclaimed Sally.
"No. What are you talking about?"
"Wait. Let me explain everything."
She explained everything.
"That was sure some quick explainin'," said Bobby.
"So you see, we have to find Lord Azeroth before the Bees come to earth and set off their bomb," explained Sally some more.
"Lord Aerothoz," buzzed Jugurtha, "almost as holy as the Great Stalin himself."
"MMM," buzzed the other Beetles in awesome unison "All praises to the Great Stalin and Lord Aerosol. May their terror be a blessing unto us all."
A different, more ominous buzzing suddenly filled the air. Something whistled through the air and made a THUD sound on the roof of the Soviet Complex.
"Dear GOD!" shouted Sally, "not a honey bomb!" The ceiling buckled for a second and exploded, sending shards of concrete and deadly honey up into the air. "The bees are already here! It's too late!" A black swarm of writhing, buzzing bees could be seen through the gaping hole that had been the ceiling.
Jugurtha stood up. "There is but hope yet," he clicked. "We will distract the bees. You humans run and find Lord Azerothke."
"Are you sure," asked Cindy.
"I have never been more sure of anything in my entire life." Jugurtha brought his head up to look at the black sky, his compound eyes filling with tears and insectoid rage. He turned to the remaing beetles, numbering less than 3 score. "Today we fly out against the bees and most likely to our deaths. We fight not for glory or wealth, but for honor, for Stalin, for our very way of life. We fight for Neptune! With every last absorbtion of oxygen, down to the last insect, we fight!" The beetles roared. "Now fly, N'ar Tagruon, FLY!" The beetles flew straight up through the ceiling-hole to meet the oncoming horde.
Cindy stood, watching in awe.
"What are you waiting for! Run!" shouted Sally.
Cindy ran.
